Dr. Julien graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medical Sciences, completed his family practice residency through a University of California residency in 1979 and served three years in the United States Navy. He then moved his family to Layton and has been practicing medicine in Davis County for more than 35 years. He has six children. His hobbies include spending time with his family, going to movies, and golfing.
